i'm finally getting around to posting a few more of the christmas gifts i knitted for family this year. here are the three finished scarves i made (after posting about each in various stages of progress), modeled by my sweet girl. i'm very happy with the way each turned out!
this first amoroso scarf was for my mom. i used malabrigo silky merino in the ever lovely amoroso colorway, and oh my...i love how this pattern knitted up in this yarn! i'm even thinking about making an identical one for myself. :)
here is the waffle scarf i made for my dad. this scarf, and the one i made for my brother below, were both made using manos del uruguay's silk blend (in coffee). i really adore how this pattern looks in this yarn...
and lastly, the one row scarf i made for my brother. a very simple, yet masculine, scarf. perfect for the brother who has everything. :)
who doesn't love a warm and cozy scarf in winter?
