wip wednesday :: more water bottle carriers

hoping not to bore you all with more of the same, but i am continuing to knit more of my felted water bottle carriers - these four are for gifts. it is summer, after all, and everyone should have some nice cool water close by to keep themselves well hydrated! this bunch is all ready for felting....

all of these were knit exclusively with malabrigo merino worsted, per my ravelry notes here (finished photos of these will be added shortly).

making rainbows...

i've been a busy little bee during my recent down time, knitting rainbow after rainbow (some with pink, some without) and restocking the shop...

it's been quite therapeutic for me engaging in this sort of repetitious and mindless knitting during these last few reflective weeks. now i'm ready to slowly ease back into our summer rhythm, step out into the sunshine and embrace the beauty all around me!

this week, i am grateful for...

:: the unexpected gift of a difficult and frustrating two-week long forced hiatus from my beloved blog and all things online (due to a computer failure).

:: the way nature and the universe work hand in hand to bring us just what we really need, exactly when we need it (and the way the struggle of letting go is usually an integral part of that journey).

:: a brand new computer and a brand new beginning (for this little blog anyway) to the beautiful summer that is upon us.
