as evidenced by many of my posts recently, during these few cold months we have here in texas...most of my daily knitting time is (and will continue to be through late february) spent making my favorite gnome hats - in what is now my signature scrappy style. and i must say, i dearly love it! these gnome hats make me smile. and knitting them for maya's friends and classmates, as well as a few other children in our waldorf community, makes me happy. very happy! and so today, here are a few more gnome hats that i finished over the weekend. these first two hats were made for two sisters (one of maya's classmates and her little sister) - both in various shades of pinks and purples...
and here is another hat i completed some time ago - also for one of maya's classmates (pastel colors were requested with malabrigo's pollen being the main color), but i am just now getting a photo of it on maya (while we were on the school playground together)...
i'm off now to knit a few more!
