yes, indeed, i finally completed all of the details on my felted iphone purse pattern and it is now available on ravelry! thanks to all who have waited patiently for this pattern - i hope you will find it worth the wait...
this is a simple pattern for a small knit-in-the-round felted cross-body purse for carrying your phone (or any other number of small important items like your wallet and keys, etc) with you, on your person, hands-free. if you're like me, you often find that your phone is somewhere other than where you are...when you need it. hence the reason for the conception of this little purse. i've worn mine every day since knitting up the very first prototype!
this pattern was created specifically for using malabrigo worsted weight yarn, as it tends to felt quite a bit more than other feltable wools...but, of course, you could use any feltable wool of your choice. it can also easily be used as a small purse for a child (which would simply entail shortening the i-cord strap).
