last week during spring break, i did a master cleanse. after following an ease-in raw diet for 2 days prior, it was quite an easy transition and i would highly recommend it for anyone considering this cleanse. i've always leaned toward a mostly raw diet since cooking is just not my thing, but this cleanse was just the boost i needed to lighten up a bit, get more in tune with my body and clean up my eating habits. a spring cleaning for the body and soul, so to speak. and my goodness, what a difference a week can make...
i'm off to enjoy some light and fresh organic berries now...
