what a magical and wonderful year this has been! i will begin my third year of this blogging journey in january (i've got a special giveaway planned!) and i wanted to take this moment to thank each of you for joining me here in this space the last two years. i read and truly appreciate each and every comment you leave (even though i can't always respond as i'd like). and i look forward to all of the joy and adventure this new year will bring!

and lastly, this rocking board was recommended by maya's kindergarten teacher to strengthen her balance and overall coordination. it was made by a therapist and artist at the waldorf fellowship community in new york...
