i finished my first baby surprise jacket! i've always wanted to knit this well known zimmerman pattern, but for some reason just never have. i used size 2 needles and my koigu sock yarn scraps (from my last post) for this first attempt - which came out doll size - and i love it. a very easy pattern with the help of the DVD by meg swansen (EZ's daughter), although there is a bit of stitch counting to be done throughout. you can see my ravelry notes on this project here....
what a great little pattern. i can't wait to get started on another one.
