for this wednesday's 'work in progress', i'd like to show off the rainbow blanket that i am working on for maya. now mind you, this is on the back burner in regards to actual knitting time (i'm still working on hats for customers!)...but it still falls into the 'work in progress' category.
the first time i saw this super easy baby blanket, by designer whitney van nes, on the purl bee...i knew i had to make it for maya. i decided on a rainbow selection of colors of 'dream in color' classy, a super soft worsted weight merino in the most gorgeous colorways...
it's all garter stitch so it will knit up fast...once i can devote some time to it. i should easily have it done in time for some gorgeous autumn weather!
enjoying summer, but dreaming of fall...
