in honor of memorial day, i wanted to show you a few of my older knitting projects, as well as add them to my ravelry notebook. first up is this gnome hat from the children's year (one of my very favorite books). i knit this many years ago when my older daughter was in her waldorf kindergarten. i also knit her a sweater to match, which i'll be showing you tomorrow. this gnome hat is still a favorite after all these years...
